GRC (GFRC) decorative balustrade panels are thin cementitious elements reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibres, commonly produced by spray-up or premix methods. Guide values for spray-applied GFRC report density 1.8?2.0 g/cm3, compressive strength 50?80 MPa, bending tensile strength 15?30 MPa, tensile strength 6?10 MPa, elastic modulus 15?25 GPa, and water absorption typically <7% (test method dependent).
